Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:ย 

  • The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouseย 
  • As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantitiesย 
  • You will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team membersย 
  • You will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximizedย 
  • You will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controlsย 
  • Other duties as assignedย 
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:ย 

  • Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experienceย 

Preferred Education and Experience:ย 

  • Bachelor's Degree ย
