We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure productivity, maintain safety standards, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

Accomplishes warehouse objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling,

and communicating job expectations. Monitors job performance, appraises job contribution, and recommends incentives.

Manages daily material movement of inventory and ensures accurate shipment of material while meeting operational receiving goals.

Sustain FIFO methodology for traceability and usage

Monitors and corrects any problems that may occur during order pulling and warehouse operations.

Proficient in using Sit-Down forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks.

Maintains storage areas by organizing floor space and identifying warehouse system improvements.

Basic DOT knowledge regarding tagging, placards, identifying, and securing trailers.

Maintain a clean and Safe Environment.

Follow all Company Procedures and Rules.
