The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager and supervising the warehouse team members to ensure that all functions are performed efficiently within the company and distribution center standards.
The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 pm to 7:00am
$70,000 annual salary
You will:
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations
  • Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
  • Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained
  • Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain
  • Develop productive associates through training and coaching
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects

You have:
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry
  • A working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership and engagement skills
  • Experience implementing process improvements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
