Job Title: Warehouse Clerk II
Location(s): Tustin, CA - Onsite
Compensation: $40,000-$48,000
About this position:
The Warehouse Clerk II is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, kitting, packing, shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory records. This position ensures products are handled efficiently while maintaining quality standards and supporting overall warehouse productivity.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick, kit, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Support warehouse supervisors and leads with daily operational activities.
  • Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or operational issues to management.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners preferred.
  • Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred
