Branch Sales Manager โ€“ Energy Infrastructure

Location: Odessa, TX (Relocation Assistance Available)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead and support branch operations while driving aftermarket and first-fit sales within the Energy Infrastructure market. This role is responsible for growing customer relationships, increasing revenue, supporting branch operations, and partnering cross-functionally with engineering, operations, project management, and production teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Energy Infrastructure, this is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with industrial equipment experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, grow, and maintain strategic customer relationships within the Energy Infrastructure market.
  • Drive aftermarket and first-fit sales while meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Support customer service and inside sales activities to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Manage branch inventory levels to align with customer demand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Branch Coordinators and Regional Sales Managers to improve branch performance.
  • Assist Division Managers with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting key sales metrics.
  • Coordinate closely with Inside Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Product Development, and Production teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and new product developments.
  • Train and support Branch Coordinators on company processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Develop, track, and report branch KPIs related to sales and customer service performance.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful industrial B2B sales experience.
  • Experience within the gas compression, reciprocating engine, emissions, or industrial equipment markets is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of compressors, emissions reduction systems, silencers, catalysts, or related industrial products is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or other customer management systems.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Must reside in the Odessa, TX area or be willing to relocate.
