We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team in Turlock, CA. If you are someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, leading teams through meaningful work, and seeing the direct impact of strong operations, this role offers the opportunity to shape how products move safely and efficiently from production to customers. You will play a critical leadership role in ensuring warehouse and logistics operations run smoothly while supporting a collaborative, safety focused, and improvement driven environment. This position is based on site at our Turlock, California facility, where hands-on leadership and daily engagement with teams and operations are essential to success.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and optimize warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations across onsite facilities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient material flow
  • Establish and maintain clear standard operating procedures that support accuracy, cleanliness, and operational consistency
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, storage strategies, and product movement while partnering with planning and finance teams to support reporting and operational insights
  • Manage transportation and distribution activities, working closely with external logistics partners and internal customer service teams to support delivery performance as well as ensure import / export transactions comply with U.S. and international regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and lead teams through coaching, training, and performance management while promoting accountability and continuous improvement
  • Champion safety through equipment maintenance oversight, operator training, and consistent enforcement of workplace standards

What you'll bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years warehouse and logistics management experience
  • Preferred experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, transportation coordination, and process improvement practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and resolve operational challenges
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Comfort using data and system tools to guide decisions and improve performance

The salary range for this position is $107,000 -$145,000 USD. Pay is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
