Job Title: Warehouse Loader

Job Description

The Warehouse Loader safely and efficiently loads and unloads materials from trucks and trailers, organizes and stages materials in the warehouse, and supports production operations as needed. This role also assists with deliveries, verifies materials, and helps ensure a positive experience for customers while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Organize, stage, and move materials within the warehouse to support efficient workflow.
  • Assist with deliveries by verifying materials, checking orders against documentation, and helping ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and lift heavy materials, including boxes and other items weighing around 50 pounds or more, throughout the shift.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, palletizing, and basic warehouse support.
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse area during downtime to keep the facility safe, organized, and free of debris.
  • Support production work from time to time, including basic production and carpentry-related tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating in and around loading areas and production spaces.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in production labor or similar hands-on work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly and safely.

Work Environment
