Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Loader - (2nd Shift)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00
Department: Warehouse
Reports To: Night Warehouse Manager
A 2nd Shift Warehouse Loader is responsible for loading trucks with the pallets in the correct sequence. Making sure the pallets are loaded in the correct temp zone as well as making sure they are fully secure with a strap.
Essential Functions
  • Load pallets on the correct trailers
  • Load pallets in the correct sequence
  • See that all pallets are secure using straps
  • Help maintain a clear and safe dock
  • Pre-set trailers for loading with both cooler/freezer product

Minimum Qualifications
  • Prior warehouse experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-driven, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and exercise prompt decision-making and have problem solving.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable
