Warehouse Loader (Night)

Overnight | 4-Day Workweek | Monday–Thursday

Looking for a warehouse job with a consistent four-day schedule and three-day weekend?

Mitchell Distributing is hiring Warehouse Loaders to help prepare beverage products for delivery to retail customers. This is a hands-on, physically active position for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, staying active, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

  • Safely and accurately load beverage products onto delivery vehicles.
  • Select, organize, and stage products according to scheduled deliveries.
  • Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Verify product quantities and accuracy against orders and loading documents.
  • Safely stack and organize products to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Assist with inventory counts and identifying product discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Work with the warehouse team to meet daily loading and productivity goals.
  • Follow all company, safety, and warehouse procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday | 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. or until finished

Work is completed when the nightly loading requirements are finished, so end times may vary based on workload and delivery volume.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position. Warehouse Loaders routinely:

  • Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Push and pull loaded carts and pallets.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Bend, reach, stoop, and repeatedly move products.
  • Work around forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Work in an environment with variable temperatures, dust, and noise.
