Resumen del Puesto
El Asistente de Inventario es responsable de apoyar en el control, registro, verificación y seguimiento de la mercancía disponible en la empresa. Su función principal es asegurar que los inventarios físicos coincidan con los registros del sistema, identificar discrepancias y colaborar en la organización eficiente de productos, materiales y documentos relacionados.

Responsabilidades Principales

  1. Realizar conteos físicos de inventario según el calendario establecido.
  2. Verificar entradas y salidas de mercancía en el sistema.
  3. Apoyar en la organización, rotulación y ubicación correcta de productos en el área de almacén.
  4. Identificar diferencias, faltantes, sobrantes o productos dañados y reportarlos de inmediato.
  5. Mantener actualizados los registros de inventario.
  6. Asistir en auditorías internas y conteos cíclicos.
  7. Coordinar con almacén, compras, recibo, despacho y administración para validar movimientos de inventario.
  8. Apoyar en la preparación de informes de inventario, rotación, ajustes y productos críticos.
  9. Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, confidencialidad y procedimientos internos de la empresa.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • Diploma de escuela superior; preferible estudios técnicos o universitarios en Administración, Contabilidad, Logística o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia previa en inventario, almacén, recibo, despacho o control de mercancía.
  • Conocimiento básico de sistemas de inventario y Microsoft Excel.
  • Habilidad para trabajar con números, documentos y detalles.
  • Capacidad para levantar, mover o verificar mercancía según la necesidad operacional.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar conteos fuera del horario regular cuando sea necesario.
  • Debe conocer uso de equipo como montacargas u/o dispuesto hacer adiestrado.
