Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Receiving Administrative professional, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the seamless flow of goods into our warehouse. In this vital role, you will coordinate inbound shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations with precision and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will ensure that products are received, processed, and stored efficiently, setting the stage for outstanding order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to schedule deliveries and ensure timely processing of shipments
Assist in order picking, packing, and staging for outbound distribution using warehouse distribution techniques
Maintain detailed records of inbound and outbound shipments in systems like AS400 and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software
Support stock replenishment activities by stocking shelves accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety standards
Collaborate with warehouse teams on order fulfillment processes, including order picking, packing, and loading for dispatch
