The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and materials during the evening shift. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing products in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent errors and accidents. Ultimately, the Warehouse Employee PM contributes to the overall success of the supply chain by facilitating smooth warehouse processes during the post-meridian hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability to work evening shifts as scheduled.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience adhering to OSHA safety standards and protocols.
• Good communication skills to effectively work within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of received goods against purchase orders.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards encountered during the shift.
