Job description

Envocore, LLC is an established national leader engaged in the engineering, designing and installation of energy-efficient systems. Our company designs and installs projects for a wide range of Government, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Medical, Institutional and Retail facilities across the United States.

Summary: Coordinates warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving and inventory control.

Directs the efforts of other warehouse workers. Acts as a liaison to project management concerning project mobilization and close-out, progress and delays. Is responsible for scheduling material delivery and administering purchase orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Coordinates and tracks direct material requirements for assigned projects.

· Track material requirements, quality and usage

· Anticipates and/or reacts to direct material problems and/or shortages and implements remedial action.

· Process and track purchase orders for replacement stock.

· Prepare and track credit authorization request for defective material returned to manufactures.

· Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, applicable to hazardous waste.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

· 2-4 years experience in construction or similar warehousing functions.

· Knowledge of Excel and project management software

· Ability to work with policies and procedures as they relate to purchasing, warehousing and project management, including but not limited to purchasing orders, inventory control, transportation and customer relations

Language Ability:

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

· Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a variety of formats with diverse individuals and groups using tact, diplomacy and flexibility

· Ability to present ideas clearly, and concisely in writing

· Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Organization Skills

· Ability to organize materials and maintain a detailed inventory

· Strong attention to details

· Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure


Math Ability:

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

· Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Reasoning Ability:

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
