 Job Description :The Billing Representative position will perform the following duties:
 
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties related to customer orders and invoices
  • Reviews customer orders for accuracy using computerized inventory control methods
  • Completes data entry into the computer system
  • Verifies orders and reroutes loads as needed
  • Operates the Electric Pallet Jack; locates product that may have been misplaced
  • Printing out labels, filing
  • Runs excel reports 
  • Loads outbound/loads outside drivers

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6 - 12 Months Accounting, collections accounting admin support or related area
