Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and yard operations, including order fulfillment, receiving, inventory management, and truck loading/unloading. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, operating a sit-down forklift, and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift. This is a full-time temporary opportunity for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
  • Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
  • Load and unload trucks safely using warehouse equipment
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management activities
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and yard
  • Work in outdoor yard environments while handling and organizing products
  • Read and follow work orders, shipping documents, and inventory instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent, consecutive warehouse experience
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and warehouse documentation
  • Forklift operating experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand throughout the entire shift
