Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator based in Portland, OR. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of inventory management within their respective area of responsibility.
The base pay range for this position is $ 18/hr. - 28/hr. plus mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). What you will do
  • Unload shipments and put away parts and installation packages
  • Prepare and send shipments to technicians, dormakaba locations, customer locations, etc.
  • Monitor the inventory of the warehouse and Service/Installation vans to ensure that all necessary stock transfers are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure that all compliance, process reporting, and safety procedures are adhered to
  • Run weekly reports on parts usage by tech/van and replenish on a regular basis

What we require
  • 1 + years of warehouse/inventory/quality control experience
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to drive and deliver parts, equipment, and materials to job sites and field technicians as needed
