Now Hiring: Account Manager - Production Sales (Builder Customers)
Location: On-site • Travel: Up to 10% Industry: Cabinets, Countertops, and Surface Materials
Are you a relationship-driven project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy guiding customers through complex projects while keeping quality, communication, and service at the forefront? If so, we'd love to meet you.
We're looking for an Account Manager to support our Production Sales builder customers by delivering exceptional service, managing project details from start to finish, and reinforcing our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder customers
  • Manage customer projects from estimate to installation
  • Prepare estimates for customer clients
  • Enter and manage orders in Moraware/WebFox
  • Assist customers with cabinet, countertop, and accessory selections and layouts
  • Coordinate across Sales, Warehouse/Delivery, Fabrication, Installation, and Admin teams to keep projects moving
  • Visit job sites to ensure quality delivery and installation
  • Communicate project status and resolve issues with customers and vendors
  • Support overall sales goals and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Maintain a strong safety mindset during all customer visits and site interactions

What You Bring
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on driving orders to completion
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and customer-soothing abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Composure under pressure and strong problem-solving instincts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and business IT systems
  • Comfort with extensive computer work

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education in design, architecture, construction management, or business
  • 3+ years of sales project management experience in kitchen and bath design
  • 20/20 design software experience (required)
  • Experience with stone, laminate, or solid surface materials (a plus)
  • Strong skills in order entry systems, email, file management, and Microsoft Office
