A day in the life...
  • Offer confident, honest feedback: Help customers choose pieces that complement their style and add value to their wardrobe.
  • Create connections everywhere: Use in-store interactions and digital tools (text, social media, Nordstrom apps) to inspire customers, share curated looks, and keep them engaged.
  • Drive results: Grow predictable sales through outreach and appointment-setting during event and non-event periods.
  • Be a trusted partner: Follow up after purchases, share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
  • Keep the experience seamless: Work with others to maintain a clean, organized space that makes every customer feel welcome.

    • Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
    • Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
    • Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
    • Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
