The Role
As a Software Engineer on the Banking team, your work will directly impact how people access, move, and manage their money. You will:
  • Design and deliver new features that scale with our growing customer base and help ensure a seamless mobile experience.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers to ship high-quality code. We enjoy partnering on tough problems.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation - a must-have for a growing, remote organization.
  • Tackle complex challenges at scale, including sensitive financial data and real-time money movement.
You Bring
  • 4+ years of professional experience shipping and scaling user-facing applications or backend services.
  • Experience working on mobile or user-facing applications - ideally with React Native or similar frameworks.
  • Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with - you value quality across code, communication, and culture.
  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor.

Tools We Use
We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS. On the client side, we build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
