Your Day-to-Day


As our Tax Manager, you'll review and sign off on tax returns for individuals and businesses (and prepare a few complex ones), lead meaningful tax planning conversations before year-end, supervise and coach the tax team, manage workloads and scheduling, and improve review workflows. You'll also represent clients in IRS correspondence and examination scenarios, streamline digital files, and contribute to process innovation. Additionally, you'll participate in performance reviews, mentoring, and firm-wide growth initiatives.


What You Bring to the Table
  • CPA or EA credential
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; advanced education a plus
  • Strong tax research, communication, and deadline management skills
  • Confidence using modern accounting and tax software systems
