The Stroke Coordinator will assist with survey readiness.
Candidates must have experience in stroke coordination.
BLS certification is required.
This position does not require floating, on-call, or weekend responsibilities.
Candidates should possess a valid California nursing license.
It is preferred that candidates have previous charge experience.
Candidates must provide two references obtained within the last year.
A 7-year work history verification is required.
Candidates are expected to have accurate work history going back 7 years.
Compliance documents must be submitted 10 days prior to the start date.
