New Graduate Registered Nurse RN, Nurse Residency Program
Sign-On Bonus Eligible
Baystate Noble Hospital, Westfield, MA
New Graduate Nurses are encouraged to apply.
Baystate Health is hiring New Graduate Registered Nurses (RN) to join the inpatient team at Baystate Noble Hospital, an 85-bed acute care community hospital serving the Greater Westfield area. This role is ideal for newly licensed nurses looking to build a strong foundation through a structured nurse residency program in a supportive community hospital setting.
Nurse Residency Program
All Registered Nurses with less than 10 months of licensed RN experience will be enrolled in the Baystate Health accredited Nurse Residency Program, designed to support new nurses as they transition from school to clinical practice.
Program highlights include:
  • Structured onboarding and extended orientation
  • Dedicated nurse preceptors and clinical educators
  • Evidence-based education and skills development
  • High-fidelity simulation and classroom learning
  • Ongoing professional support during the first year of practice
Schedule and Location
  • 36 hours, 7p-7:30a, night shifts
  • Schedule: Every other weekend and rotating holidays
  • Location: Baystate Noble Hospital, Westfield, MA

Compensation

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
