Job description

Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and home to Baystate Medical Center, is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our Bariatric Program team in Springfield, MA.

At Baystate Health, Registered Dietitians are respected for their high caliber clinical expertise and are valued as an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team. Baystate provides many opportunities for growth the Clinical Nutrition department promotes staff development and fosters professional growth while providing exceptional care for all those in the community who need us.

Clinical Nutrition Department:

  • Reports to Clinical Nutrition Manager for Baystate Healthcare System
  • Join a large, supportive community of dietitians dedicated to elevating clinical nutrition care through evidenced based medical nutrition therapy and a hands-on clinical approach
  • Our respected registered dietitians have been granted broad order writing privileges

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • 1st Shift
  • Includes weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Dietitian- Commission on Dietetic Registration (required)
  • Licensed Dietitian- Commonwealth of MA (required)
  • Education: BS in Nutrition or related subject (required) and Masters preferred (Masters required for all those registered 2024 and after)

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
