Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Position Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition, to build and scale a high-performing, data-driven talent acquisition function, partnering closely with executive leadership and operations to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and drive proactive hiring strategies in competitive labor markets.

A key focus of the role will be elevating employer brand, optimizing recruiting processes through technology and analytics, and establishing clear performance metrics that align talent acquisition outcomes with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assess workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

  • Establish performance metrics and goals for the talent acquisition team

  • Design and execute effective recruiting strategies for both hourly and salaried positions, utilizing various sourcing methods

  • Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to optimize processes and improve efficiency

  • Utilize data to inform talent acquisition strategies and report on progress to senior leadership

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on talent selection

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Workday experience preferred

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
