Body techs, painters, estimators, parts, and the front office work closely together, sharing knowledge and holding one another to a high standard. We support the work, not shortcuts, and we take pride in doing repairs the right way.

We’re looking for an Auto Body Technician who values craftsmanship, consistency, and being part of a well-run, team-focused shop.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for structural and non-structural body repairs, following OEM procedures and shop standards in a production-focused environment with strong repair planning and support.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform structural and non-structural body repairs

  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles properly and safely

  • Perform panel replacement, straightening, and metal repair

  • Follow OEM repair procedures and documentation requirements

  • Use proper repair methods, measuring systems, and equipment

  • Communicate with production and estimators on repair needs
