Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Vice President of Sales for our growth division. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and scaling sales teams in the technology space. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software sales, AI, Artificial Intelligence, and Legal Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • 2. Direct sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals accordingly.
  • 3. Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • 4. Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
  • 5. Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • 6. Meet with key clients, assist sales teams with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • 7. Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
  • 8. Analyze and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • 9. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • 10. Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote the product.
  • 11. Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • 12. Direct product research and development to ensure the company’s competitive position.
Qualifications
  • 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the technology services industry.
  • 2. Proven track record of building, leading, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • 3. Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans and forecasts.
  • 4. Strong understanding and experience with AI, Artificial Intelligence, and Legal Tech.
  • 5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • 6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 7. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • 8. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams.
  • 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • 11. Willingness to travel as required.
