Job description

The Vice President, Alliance & Ecosystem Monetization is responsible for defining and operationalizing the monetization strategy for Deloitte's Preferred Partner Program. This executive creates the commercial frameworks, marketplace motions, resale structures, funding models, and co-sell approaches that transform Deloitte's strategic alliance investments into scalable revenue-generating capabilities.

The role serves as the primary architect and commercialization leader for Deloitte's ecosystem monetization strategy, establishing repeatable approaches that maximize the value of Deloitte's most strategic partner relationships. Working across hyperscalers, technology partners, and emerging ecosystem investments, the role identifies, develops, and scales monetization opportunities that accelerate growth for Deloitte, its alliance partners, and its clients. 

The role operates across two reinforcing functions:

1) Building - Designing monetization strategies, establishing commercial plays, piloting new approaches, and scaling validated motions across the alliance portfolio.

2) Selling - Personally commercializing those strategies by originating opportunities, leading complex ecosystem pursuits, and driving measurable business outcomes through marketplace, resale, funding, and co-sell motions.

  • Evaluate return on investment across monetization initiatives and recommend areas for expansion, optimization, or reinvestment.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, ecosystem strategy, business development, sales leadership, consulting, or related commercial leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success developing and scaling monetization programs, commercial models, or strategic growth initiatives.
  • Experience working with hyperscalers, strategic technology alliances, cloud marketplaces, ISVs, or partner ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience structuring and supporting complex commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace, resale, funding, and co-sell business models preferred.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business impact through innovative commercial approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600.00 to $338,300.00. You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.
