As we continue to scale across Australia, the US and Europe, we're looking for a VP, Global Enablement to build our enablement function from the ground up.The opportunity

This is a newly created senior leadership role with a genuine build-from-zero mandate.

You'll create and own 's global enablement strategy, establishing an academy, curriculum and certification framework that develops employees, partners and customers across the full customer lifecycle:

You'll work across Product Marketing, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships and People & Culture to ensure has a consistent, scalable approach to knowledge and capability globally.

You'll build:

A global enablement academy with role- and level-based learning pathways

Company-wide onboarding and certification

A scalable knowledge base and content library

Partner and customer enablement programs

A modern enablement technology and AI ecosystem

Measurement frameworks that connect enablement to ramp time, readiness and business outcomes

We're looking for someone who can move beyond classroom-first enablement to a knowledge-first, AI-enabled model - ensuring 's knowledge is current, accessible and scalable.

What you'll bring

We're looking for an experienced enablement leader who has built and scaled functions in complex B2B environments.

You'll bring:

Experience in ERP, procurement or complex B2B software, particularly selling into the Office of the CFO - this is essential

8+ years' experience in enablement, sales effectiveness or revenue operations, including VP or Director-level experience

A proven track record of building an enablement function from the ground up

Experience enabling multiple functions across the customer lifecycle, not just Sales

Global experience across markets such as the US, Europe and Australia

Strong instructional design, facilitation and executive stakeholder management skills

Experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Mindtickle or similar

Genuine, hands‑on fluency with modern AI tools

A data‑driven approach to measuring enablement impact

The ambition and capability to grow the function as scales
