They will lead a global team of professionals to develop and execute the Procurement functional strategy while influencing the allocation of resources across multiple divisions and regions to ensure supply chain stability.**What You Will Do:*** Develop and execute strategic plans for the procurement organizational entity, ensuring alignment with broader Global Supply Chain objectives.* Evaluate key business and organizational challenges within the supply base and direct the development of innovative solutions to mitigate risk.* Influence and negotiate, internally and externally, with great latitude on outcomes regarding a direct and indirect spend of $1.25B.* Partner closely with regional business and operations leaders to integrate procurement goals with other businesses across the company to create a competitive advantage.* Deliver business results including material productivity, working capital reduction, and continuity of supply by influencing resource allocation across multiple divisions.* Identify and implement sourcing processes to advance efficiencies; direct the development of new solutions that optimize functional performance.* Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and corporate social responsibility initiatives across the global supply base.* Provide leadership of the Procurement function, focusing on recruiting and developing top talent to meet the strategic plans of the organizational entity.**What You Need to Succeed:*** Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering or related field required.
