Job description

Quindar
Quindar builds modern, cloud-native satellite mission operations software with a simple mission: to operate satellites like servers. Our platform replaces fragmented, legacy ground systems with an integrated, automation-driven approach that brings modern software velocity to space operations.
We're a small, fast-moving team with deep aerospace and software roots, energized by big challenges and motivated by the impact we have on real missions in this next chapter of the Space Age. If you want to work with sharp, ambitious people who push boundaries, move quickly, and are excited to take space operations to the next level, Quindar is the place to do it.
Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships
Quindar is hiring a Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to own company-wide growth and revenue outcomes, with a primary focus on U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community adoption. This position will enable operational value, drive integration gravity, and accelerate program pull-through with government (B2B) and commercial relationships (B2B2G).
This is a senior executive role accountable for opening doors, leading strategic capture and partnership efforts, and building repeatable GTM systems that scale Quindar into the modern ground software platform for space operations.
What You'll Do
Revenue & Growth Ownership
  • Own Quindar's growth strategy and revenue outcomes across government and strategic
    commercial markets.
  • Build predictable pipeline generation and execution systems for long-cycle government and
    enterprise deals.
  • Drive expansion, renewals, and program pull-through into enduring customer relationships.
Commercial → Government Flywheel Leadership
  • Convert commercial traction into DoD/IC adoption and programs of record.
  • Leverage commercial credibility to accelerate trust and integration gravity within
    government missions.
  • Define segmentation and GTM pathways that align commercial wins with national security
    expansion.
Defense & Intelligence Relationship Leadership
  • Bring and deepen relationships across DoD, IC, Space Force, SDA, NRO ecosystem, primes,
    and integrators.
  • Serve as a front-line executive presence with senior mission owners and acquisition
    stakeholders.
  • Open new teaming partnerships and strategic channels that accelerate adoption.
Deal Execution & Capture Motion
  • Lead complex deal strategy, pricing, packaging, and contracting across FAR/OTA/subcontracting pathways.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to win technically complex mission-
    critical deals.
  • Improve win rates, deal velocity, and expansion within strategic accounts.

Marketing as Force Multiplication
  • Partner with Marketing to deploy demand generation, thought leadership, and account-based air cover in support of BD and capture.
  • Build credibility and awareness within the defense space ecosystem through targeted
    campaigns and events.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Scale
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships with primes, integrators, ground system providers,
    and infrastructure partners.
  • Structure agreements that create durable distribution channels and mission pull-through.
Team Building & Scale
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth organization over time (BD, partnerships, revenue
    operations).
  • Create internal systems that allow Quindar to scale beyond founder-led growth.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of GTM, BD, partnerships, or growth leadership in aerospace, defense, or national
    security space.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Existing credibility and relationships across DoD/IC space stakeholders and defense prime
    ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex mission-critical software deals and strategic
    partnerships.
  • Experience navigating government acquisition pathways and long-cycle capture motions.
  • Deep understanding of space operations, ground systems, or defense mission software
    environments.
  • Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on executor in an early-stage scaling
    environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience scaling a defense-first ground segment or dual-use platform from early traction
    to major program adoption.
  • Familiarity with classified/cross-domain operational requirements and mission assurance
    environments.
  • Track record of building partner-led growth motions with primes or integrators.
  • Prior leadership role in a high-growth aerospace or defense technology company.
Why Quindar
Quindar is building the ground software platform that will automate satellite operations at scale-enabling resilient, lights-out mission execution across commercial and national security space. If you want to define how the next generation of space missions is operated-and build the growth engine behind it-we'd love to talk.
ITAR REQUIREMENTS
  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
