Job Duties & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. This role oversees all marketing functions including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, communications, and market research.
โ€ข Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
โ€ข Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels.
โ€ข Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through digital, content, and performance marketing.
โ€ข Lead product marketing efforts including go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.
โ€ข Manage internal and external communications, including PR, media relations, and crisis communication.
โ€ข Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
โ€ข Build and lead a high-performing marketing team; foster innovation and accountability.
โ€ข Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
โ€ข Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on all initiatives.

Knowledge & Qualifications
