Academe of the Oaks has a part-time (10 -15 hours/week) marketing position available starting July 15, 2026.
The Marketing Manager reports to the Head of School and directs and manages Academe’s marketing activities. Implementing a results-driven marketing strategy, the marketing specialist increases enrollment and ensures that all admissions and marketing strategies align with the school’s mission, vision, and values.
Essential Job Duties include:
Developing and implementing marketing and public relations plans and initiatives to increase awareness of the school.
Write press releases, stories and content for the website
Developing, tracking, and implementing marketing communication plans that include public relations, advertising, social media, and stakeholder engagement
Compiling and maintaining a media database; developing relationships with media stakeholders
Pitching media opportunities
Skills:
writing and communication skills; time management and problem-solving skills. Strong sales abilities and relational skills. Digital management, and social media skills.
The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree related to marketing and communication and marketing experience. Candidates should have genuine interest in deepening their knowledge and understanding of Waldorf high school education.
