If you are an experienced retail executive who has significantly impacted the direction of B2C retail operations, join the Champion Window Team! Champion is seeking a skilled Regional Vice President to manage a number of Champion divisions.

As a Regional Vice President you will be in charge of directing and managing the company’s divisions, with a focus on top line sales growth, to ensure target profit margins.

Specific responsibilities of the Regional Vice President include:

  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance sales growth, profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations
  • Develop and direct management of Champion divisions to ensure sales growth, targeted profit margins, great customer service, and quality installation of products
  • Interact with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operation priorities are aligned with company direction
  • Investigate and introduce best practices and process improvement measures
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and develop and implement strategic sales and local marketing plans to meet corporate goals
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist divisions in promoting sales
  • Ensure operational compliance with the Champion Playbook corporate policies, and government regulations

Specific Requirements of the Regional Vice President include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
  • Eight to ten years of related experience in managing a business, preferably in home improvement industry
  • Proven experience in examining operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Ability to understand and create a marketing plan that aligns with company practice
  • Ability to teach fiscal management
  • Able to foster a cooperative work environment
  • Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
