Job Description
BeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced, full-time Communications Associate / Creative Lead to support a federal public health contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This role leads specific communications program areas, develops strategic messaging products, and supports execution of integrated outreach initiatives across digital and traditional media platforms. The Communications Associate / Creative Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content aligned with federal review standards and performance objectives.
NOTE: Position Contingent upon award of contract. This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.
Requirements
  • Lead assigned communications program areas and contribute to overall communications strategy development.
  • Develop and coordinate communications products across digital, print, web, and multimedia platforms.
  • Support creation of monthly organic social media content packages, including graphics, captions, and platform-specific messaging.
  • Assist in development of videos, motion graphics, animated content, and supporting outreach materials.
  • Contribute to drafting and packaging materials for federal clearance review processes.
  • Support updates to visual branding and style guidance to ensure consistency across materials.
  • Coordinate communications outreach across media formats including digital platforms, print, radio, television, and online engagement tools.
  • Conduct news monitoring, evaluation, and trend analysis to inform communications planning and optimization.
  • Assist with website content updates, copy edits, and web optimization strategies informed by performance metrics.
  • Meet regularly with the client to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities.
  • Support collaboration among communications, design, web, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Educational and Experience Qualifications
The following qualifications are the minimum requirements for successful performance under the anticipated contract.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or public health outreach.
  • Experience supporting integrated communications campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Experience with digital media tools and content performance evaluation.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
