The Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of human capital management for PMMA. This position oversees HR operations ensuring alignment, consistency, and strong governance across PMMA.

The VP HR is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of all human capital functions across PMMA. This position leads the development and execution of PMMA's human resource strategy, including talent management, workforce planning, total compensation, compliance, culture, and employee engagement by ensuring alignment of workforce strategies with PMMA's mission and operational goals in support of resident care excellence.
Education, Experience and or Training:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.

  Master's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.

  Minimum of ten years' professional experience with at least five years in human resources management.

  SPHR/PHR/SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
