The Senior Vice President, Human Resources is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the company's people strategy in support of our business objectives, culture and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.
The SVP leads all aspects of the Human Resources function for FCCI Insurance Group, a growing commercial property and casualty insurance organization of approximately 900 employees. This position is located in our headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.
