  • Lead development of financial materials for executive leadership, including Board presentations, earnings-related analysis, investor messaging, and ad hoc strategic reviews
  • Partner closely with the CFO, SVP, and EVP of Finance & Accounting to support external financial communications and key stakeholder narratives

  • Oversee Operational Finance to ensure strong KPI reporting, trend analysis, and a clear connection between operational performance and financial outcomes
  • Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, establishing clear processes, milestones, and communication cadences while proactively managing risks and dependencies
  • Continuously improve finance workflows by identifying inefficiencies and championing automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration

GREAT TO HAVE

  • Experience operating in a publicly traded, high-growth environment
