Role Overview
As a VP, Creative Director at /prompt, you scale your creative expertise - directing multiple creative teams and leading work across brands or client groups. You balance a deep understanding of creative craft with organizational perspective.
You provide direction across both art and copy disciplines, guiding creative teams to deliver high-quality ideas that are strategically grounded and culturally relevant. You validate strategy, strengthen creative approaches, and help shape the way ideas move through the agency.
At this stage, you're a seasoned creative with 12+ years of experience and proven success leading multiple workstreams. You understand how to motivate teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and keep creative excellence consistent at scale. You're both a strategic partner to leadership and an active creative voice in the room - capable of translating vision into execution across teams, brands, and platforms

  • Skilled at developing and nurturing creative talent, helping Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors grow in capability and confidence
  • Ability to effectively manage both internal and external creative resources efficiently
  • Experienced in managing upwards - keeping executive leadership informed while translating organizational priorities into creative direction
  • Expert in expanding the agency's AI footprint - developing new tools, workflows, and best practices that enhance creative efficiency and inspire adoption across teams and the broader organization
