Vice President of Digital Marketing

Drive marketing that makes a measurable difference. As Uline’s Vice President of Digital Marketing, you’ll shape the future of our digital growth engine and lead a talented in-house marketing team. In this leadership role, you’ll try to drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing investments and develop innovative strategies that support Uline’s continued growth across our North American company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead Uline's in-house Digital Marketing team, promoting a culture of high-performance across paid search campaign management, execution and analytics.

  • Define and execute digital marketing strategies, guiding investments that maximize customer acquisition, retention and long-term business growth.

  • Drive enterprise marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders that support business goals.

  • Manage key partnerships with Google, Microsoft and other paid search providers, influencing product updates, compliance initiatives and vendor agreements.

  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance digital marketing capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising and / or business. MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years of search / internet advertising and analytics.

  • 10+ years managing other managers, supervisors and staff.

  • Strong strategic leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.

  • Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).
