Our client, a well-established industrial automation company, is seeking an Vice President to lead the organization’s day-to-day execution, operational performance, P&L, and management team. 

This role is ideal for a proven leader who knows how to manage P&L, build accountability, improve execution, and keep teams aligned around clear goals. The Vice President will oversee engineering, administration, support, production, and overall business operations, while partnering closely with the CEO and VP of Sales and Marketing on strategic priorities and company performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across multiple departments
  • Manage and develop the leadership team
  • Improve operational execution, accountability, and cross-functional alignment
