What is the Job?
We are seeking to add an Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator to our team in our Lexington Production Plant. This role you will be responsible to support the line organization monitoring and evaluating occupational hazards and support implementation of action plans with methods and tools.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:
   Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local EHS regulations across the plant
   Develop, maintain and continuously improve ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems in a digital environment
   Plan and conduct internal audits; prepare and lead external ISO audits
   Perform risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations with CAPA follow-up
   Deliver EHS training and drive safety culture on the shop floor
   Track, analyze, and report EHS KPIs and audit performance
   Partner with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to embed EHS into daily production activities
   Develop sustainability awareness and mindset in the plant
   Participate in EHS related projects
   Work with digital tools

We are looking for a resourceful and responsible individual to lead the emergency response team.  The candidate we're looking for should be keen on teamwork and self-motivated to work with minimum supervision. In addition, excellent communication skills are necessary as is the need for fluency in speaking and writing English to communicate successfully with internal stakeholders of the organization.

Education & Experience:
This position requires the following:
   B.S. degree in environmental, safety or demonstrated equivalent experience.
   5+ years in industrial, manufacturing, environmental or commercial occupational health and safety management experience.
   H&S certification (e.g. CIH, ARM and/or CSP) preferred.

For this position, the base pay is set at $72,600 - $89,700 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
