Job description

The Software Tester/QA Engineer will ensure the quality of all WDP System software by developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases. This person will coordinate with the government to validate that testing is sufficient to meet all requirements and conduct various levels of testing, including unit, integration, and system testing across multiple environments. This person will identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution. This person will design and implement automated test frameworks and scripts, perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing, and validate that software meets both functional and non-functional requirements. This person will create detailed test reports and metrics to communicate test results, participate in defect triage meetings to prioritize issues, and verify bug fixes through confirmation testing. This person will establish and maintain test environments, develop and maintain test data sets, and collaborate with developers to improve testability of code. This person will participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability, contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process, and stay current with testing tools and methodologies.

  • SECRET Security Clearance Required
  • We are actively seeking multiple levels:
    • Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
