Hybrid 4 in Pittsburgh, PA

Our client is implementing a new corporate actions application to consolidate event notifications, ensure data quality, and support client elections and downstream instructions. The role will define requirements, create test cases, validate integrations and messaging connectivity, and coordinate with testers. The position also documents procedures and provides training for end users to drive adoption.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $30.00 to $37.50/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Capture and document requirements for functionality, integration, and configuration.
  • Create and execute test cases for messaging connectivity and data flows.
  • Validate data quality for client inputs and downstream outputs.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other testers to manage test coverage and results.
  • Document processes and write clear procedures.
  • Train users on the new application and related workflows.

Experience Requirements:
  • Quick to learn new systems.
  • Testing experience across integrations and data quality.
  • Basic knowledge of creating and updating Jira items and boards.
  • Background in project work including testing, writing requirements and user stories, and creating test cases.
  • Experience communicating within a testing team.
  • General corporate actions experience.
  • Familiarity with technology and operational tooling.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience.
