Job description

Join a dynamic team as a Software Tester supporting ServiceNow platform enhancement initiatives and the SNAP-E program. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen quality across enterprise ServiceNow solutions through hands-on testing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and expanded use of automated testing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute testing strategies, test plans, and test schedules for ServiceNow-related initiatives.
  • Create, maintain, and run manual and automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Build reusable automated regression test suites to improve release readiness and testing efficiency.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and release validation testing across ServiceNow applications.
  • Support testing for workflows, Service Catalog items, integrations, platform enhancements, and customizations.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business partners and help confirm requirements are met.
  • Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution in partnership with development teams.
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, architects, product owners, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Help establish testing standards, QA processes, and best practices across the platform.
  • Support upgrade activities, production releases, deployment validation, and post-release checks.
  • Prepare testing metrics, quality dashboards, status updates, and defect summaries for leadership.
  • Continuously improve test coverage and automation to reduce risk and strengthen quality.
Skills
  • 5+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on testing experience with ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, Service Catalog items, integrations, and platform customizations.
  • Ability to create test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
  • Additional ServiceNow certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting ITSM, ITOM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, or IntegrationHub solutions.
  • Background in AI-enabled workflows, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong focus on regression testing, test automation, and continuous quality improvement.
