Veterinary Practice Manager
Grandview Animal Hospital – Grandview, MO

Overview:
Grandview Animal Hospital in Grandview, Missouri is seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support our clinical team, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with the expectation to support on the floor as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional client and patient care

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of veterinary professionals

  • Collaborate with medical leadership to support high-quality medicine

  • Provide hands-on support on the floor

  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and workflow efficiency

  • Track financial performance and clinic KPIs

  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience in veterinary, healthcare, or customer service

  • Veterinary technician experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient with practice management software and basic financial reporting

  • Ability to multitask and lead with empathy, accountability, and confidence
