With our dynamic team, state-of-the-art facility, and commitment to excellence, our unique multispecialty dental practice is leading the way in periodontics, dental implant surgery and endodontics.
As the Practice Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and growing our practice. You will oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our practice, working closely with the practice owner, and clinical team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care. This is a leadership position that offers incredible opportunities for professional development and growth.
Your key responsibilities will include managing our administrative team, developing and implementing strategies to increase patient volume, monitoring and managing the practice's financial health, ensuring outstanding patient experiences, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, managing the facility and exploring technology solutions, and implementing process improvements to optimize practice efficiency.
To qualify for this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field, as well as proven experience in healthcare practice management, preferably in periodontics, oral surgery, dentistry or a related field.Strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations are also essential. Additionally, proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
