Location: Various locations across Georgia As a Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a healthcare practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient administrative processes. Your leadership will be essential in managing staff, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the operational aspects of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to promote a collaborative work environment. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes to ensure financial viability.

Foster positive relationships with patients, addressing concerns and enhancing the overall patient experience. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and patient care delivery. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
