  • Manage FF&E selection, specifications, and procurement activities.

  • Participate in construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and responses to RFIs.

  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams to deliver integrated design solutions.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for design and technical problem-solving.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

  • Current NCIDQ certification.

  • 8+ years of professional interior design experience.

  • Experience leading projects from concept through construction.

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.

  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing.

  • Experience with FF&E specification and procurement.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Healthcare design experience.

  • Experience working on large-scale, complex projects.

  • Rendering and visualization experience, including Enscape.

  • Project management experience.
