This is a hybrid role that can be based in Toronto, Ontario,ย  Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL.

We are looking forย aย Rebates Support Representativeย to support ourย Business OperationsDepartment.

Summary

The purpose of this position is to assist the Procurement and Sales Departments with day-to-day rebate operations by collaborating with a team of professionals, managing the needs of data management and integrity, using best practice processes in conjunction with departments to align with business strategies and customer requirements where synergies exist.

Responsibilities

  • Execute vendor and sales rebates and programs systematically with high attention to detail.
  • Create and maintain partner incentives (rebate programs).
  • Data entry, including but not limited to entering and removing rebate values.
  • Interface with D&H Purchasing and Sales departments as it relates to Vendor Incentives.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with others within the organization phone and/or e-mail.
  • Interact with inside and outside sales by answering questions/ problems via phone and/or e-mail.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Prioritize and multi-task in all aspects of your day.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of administrative office experience.
