Position Summary

The Draft Specialist position supports, services and maintains accounts such as bars, restaurants and major venues in the Greater Denver area. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer services while performing routine maintenance on all draught equipment. Specific job duties include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enhance overall Eagle Rock Distributing Brand image through marketing programs
  • Schedule and clean draught lines on a regular basis in on-premise accounts and major venues (Fiddlers Green Amphitheatre, Empower Field, Coors Field, Ball Arena, Octoberfest, etc..)
  • Perform routine maintenance on all draught equipment including jockey boxes, keg porters, and trailers
  • Honor all personal and business commitments to all customers.
  • Communicate with Account Managers and Sales Managers on account needs

Physical Demands and Requirements

  • 5-day work week, weekends included
  • 2 consecutive days off
  • Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting for shifts lasting 8+ hours
  • Must be able to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop and lift kegs of approximately 170 pounds
  • Comfort working in refrigerated areas of on-premise accounts and venues
  • Must be able to check code dates accurately

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of draught systems is a plus.
  • Must have a driving record that meets company standards
  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus

Environmental Conditions

  • Job duties are performed inside and outside retail buildings.
  • Exposure to outside weather, walk-in cooler temperatures,
  • Ability to maintain a professional image in public eye while performing the duties.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
