Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 + Annual Profit Sharing (up to 30%) +

Travel: Minimal (~1-2 trips per year) Ecommerce Manager (Amazon Marketplace & Retail Media) Description Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to add to their team in Huntington Beach, CA. In this role, you will lead the continued growth of the company's ecommerce business by managing marketplace performance, retail media campaigns, and promotional strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, and other ecommerce platforms . The ideal candidate will have handsโ€on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central for a consumer products brand, plus the ability to successfully manage multiple ecommerce platforms and competing priorities.

To be successful, you must possess strong technical aptitude , analytical skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that improve ecommerce performance while collaborating with internal teams and marketplace partners. This is a great opportunity to join a wellโ€established consumer products company experiencing tremendous growth in its ecommerce business, where you can play a key role in scaling online sales and expanding marketplace success.

Ecommerce Manager (Amazon Marketplace & Retail Media) Responsibilities Manage ecommerce performance across multiple online marketplaces while driving continued growth Identify opportunities to expand the business into new ecommerce platforms Track sales, profitability, chargebacks, trade spending, and other key ecommerce metrics Maintain and optimize product content, digital shelf health, and marketplace performance Manage promotional calendars including seasonal campaigns, deals, and marketplace promotions Develop, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns across Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, and key advertising metrics to maximize results Lead bi-weekly meetings with ecommerce platform partners and internal stakeholders Develop forecasts and collaborate with internal teams on demand planning and inventory strategies Utilize ecommerce analytics and market intelligence tools to support business decisions Proactively identify marketplace issues and drive corrective actions Support internal teams with chargeback resolution and vendor compliance issues Prepare business reviews and reports highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations Ecommerce Manager (Amazon Marketplace & Retail Media) Qualifications 4+ years of ecommerce marketplace management for a consumer products brand is required Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Amazon Seller Central is required Experience executing Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect retail media campaigns & budgets is preferred Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills, including advanced Excel, are required Flexibility to be on-call outside normal business hours for occasional ecommerce issues is required Ability to work 100% on-site is required
