We are actively searching for an eCommerce Specialist that will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that support eCommerce marketing/promotion initiatives and content development strategies. This role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level with strong project management skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with PowerHeal digital campaign initiatives, including research, planning, concepting, implementation, evaluation and reporting
  • Partner with Sr Manager, eCommerce to identify areas of opportunity to enhance customer journey, site experience and communication strategy
  • Prepare weekly performance reports for Shopify website as well as Amazon (and later on Walmart) storefronts
  • Assist cross functional teams on strategic multimedia content selection, creation and collection as well as the development and tracking of assets for use within PowerHeal campaigns
  • Manage the successful execution of all campaign initiatives, including research, planning, concepting, implementation, evaluation and reporting; ensure that established deadlines are met.
  • Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders and business partners and serve as main point of contact ensuring all communications and digital marketing needs are being met
  • Represent PowerHeal brand at in person sponsorship events
  • Stay abreast of competitor activity for opportunities and best practices to continually enhance how we communicate digitally with our various target audiences

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in marketing, communications or related field
  • 3 years of experience on a marketing team (in house or agency) required, direct to consumer preferred
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A quick learner who is highly organized and able to jump into projects and own them
  • Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects/processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional time and project management skills

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
  • Macintosh or PC platform
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketplaces preferred (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Klaviyo)
  • Google Analytics a plus

Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.

Language and Communication Skills:
