Job Summary:
Honey Creek Staffing is seeking an experienced Network Engineer in the Omaha, NE area. The Network Engineer will oversee the programming, installation, and management of VoIP solutions, design and deploy enterprise solution architecture, and provide excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting/Working with DHCP, TCP/IP, and DNS
• Support and troubleshoot WANs/LANs/wireless technologies
• Troubleshoot/Support Windows Server
• E-mail system management
• Ability to troubleshoot/support desktop workstations as well as local/network printer operations
• Group Policy/Active Directory deployment and management
• Maintain and update client systems/networks
• Ability to support cloud-based solutions
• Other related duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4-6 years relevant IT experience preferred
• Strong communication/customer service skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• CCNP or CCNA preferred
• Vmware Certified Professional certification preferred
• Experience with Mitel/Zoom Solutions
