Summary:
  • Performs advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across diverse systems utilizing in-depth knowledge of infrastructure architecture, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Responsible for infrastructure design, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
  • Leads infrastructure projects from planning through execution, drives cross-functional collaboration, and produces technical documentation.
  • Mentors junior engineers to support overall team development.
  • Evaluates and implements new technologies to improve operational efficiency, ensuring infrastructure solutions align with business goals.
  • Leverages monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools to ensure system reliability, identify issues proactively, and enhance overall application performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Required 1 year relevant experience with Bachelors or 5 years relevant experience with High School or equivalent.
  • Bachelors Information Services Related Or High School or Equivalent

Skills:
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise Unified Communications (UC) solutions supporting voice, messaging, and collaboration
  • Administer and maintain Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Webex, IM&P)
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Teams Calling
  • Configure and support voice gateways, SIP trunks, and carrier services
  • Manage dial plans, call routing, redundancy, and survivability across multi-site environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier III UC issues, ensuring high availability and call quality
  • Support contact center platforms, including call flows and agent configurations
  • Perform system upgrades, migrations, and expansions with minimal operational impact
  • Collaborate with network, security, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant UC solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
